18c per km over 2798km means $500 fuels unique GoSee Outback Australia experiences for two

18c per km over 2798km for a unique Outback Australia experience in the GoSee Captiva diesel SUV in Victoria and South Australia is good value.

To put that in context here is a GoSee Out There adventure which starts in Geelong, Victoria and crosses unique desert and leads to Arkaroola in South Australia.

At current diesel prices it would cost about $130 more than in 2007. So the total diesel cost is about $500 for two, complete with camping gear and free to go and do as you please.

Geist design shows its breakthrough strengths in 'ideal' winter storm blasted camping evaluation

GoSee is now confident of the stability built into the European suspension and innovative anti-sway towing design of the Geist Activ AK 495 family caravan.

Storm wind with gusts to 50 knots put the issue beyond dispute for us as they shifted their testing blast about in a three-day evaluation.

The Geist's unfazed overall performance ends for GoSee any suggestions the European build is too light for normal Australasian caravanning conditions.

GoSee believes that people increasingly expect to have to book camping, and in fact want to be able to book.

We wanted to know where I could take my humans camping and assess the good and bad of that for them and me.

We also tested a new Oztent and tried Ozpig cooking and its capabilities for future trips.

WDH and SLS debate rages but it is a myth that WDH is not required when towing

Self Leveling Suspension does not transfer weight from the back to front wheels of a tow vehicle.

All it does is level the vehicle. Whatever loads are on the wheels remains the same, and it requires a Weight Distribution Hitch to transfer weight from the back to front wheels.

It is a myth about SLS that a WDH is not required when towing. Today we post comment on SLS and WDH from icon towing equipment maker Hayman Reese -
